Back from the Kawa and rain clouds cleared and bike all clean and shiny again.

A loop around the Soga hills - thought it was a good arvo for trying out Galloway's run-walk method. 10min run /1 min walk. Folks are raving about it, HR has time to drop before setting off again... Could be onto something...

Felt ez for the most part, and never really felt like I was pushing too much until the long hill back up to home, but that's normal anyway and the pain is unavoidable unless you walk it home...
