What shithouse weather. Summer must be done - cold, windy and rainy.
Drove up to the Hilton and tramped through the mud along the Higashiyama-Hirafu trail, continued up to the top of the D-Sen course and out onto the Hirafu ski runs.
Was planning to try to get to the top of the lifts, but the typhoon winds and steepness shut me down, so turned and ran back through the forest the way I came.
Finished with nice onsen at Popolo.
Leg's are like jelly, don't know how 30k OVER this mtn is going to go down in a couple weeks...
