Notes

Straight up, as many 300s as I could manage - trying to build endurance because I can't work on strength with paddles till shoulder is better.

Managed 5 x 300 (#4 & 5 were pushed pretty solid).

Slow 200m c-d

Shoulder was popping a little, so a little apprehensive to go any further. So scared of injuries!
