Tuesday BRICK workout - changed it up a little from the program, because I'm not feeling ready for this full IM stuff, yet.
Negative splits nonetheless is awesome!
15 mins ez spin
30 mins mod. (race pace? @ av. 30 - 32kph)
5 mins hard (35kph)
Full workout was supposed to be 30min ez / 30min mod. / 30min hard. Tough call, maybe one day...!
Dried off and into run gear and out the door.
