3 mile warm-up, 6x800 with 4000 jog between, 2 mile warm-down.

set watch auto lap at 0.5 miles so...lots of laps! pretty sluggish intervals and run in general. legs still tired from workout Monday or something...maybe the 20 degree temps. but pushed through and got it done.
