felt more "normal" today post muninex overdose (heart rate back in normal range)...didn't go all out on 400s but not sure there is an all out pace anymore. felt difficult but within reason. Legs were still felling the leg workout yesterday; in a good way. Right butt a little sore but didn't feel it during run.
