felt good, much improved again since Saturday's debacle. Lingering soreness in right ankle which is only an issue for the first few minutes. I did a lot of standing Saturday, for a period on a hill, plus yard work that afternoon/evening, which I think really aggravated things. Hopefully, the work week, with more sitting/standing on flat surface, will help. I may also back off some of the leg strength exercises that require on leg stability as I think that aggravated it a bit Sunday.
