felt pretty good and turned a MLR easy run into a progression...we'll see if that was a good idea. Hammies felt good and had the least tight/soreness in a while last night when flossing. Left front hip also seems ok although still sort of there. Started breathing harder by 3rd or 4th mile; a little surprising but maybe the new reality. Butt a bit sore sitting at work but not awful given the run and leg work after.
