Got booster shot yesterday...may have had something to do with the slower pace! Felt decent considering and did try and keep it easy. Ankle/PTT thing was sore/stiff to start but no problem while running and seems ok after run/leg workout. Did some two leg squats but didn't go deep to keep ankle flexion limited. Workout stressed it some but not much. Feels ok so far at work. Not gone but much improved over a few weeks ago. Tend to think running doesn't really aggravate it a lot; more things like yardwork, with lots of up and down, or standing, without walking, too much. Also, hurts more without shoes so have been wearing them during leg workout (generally don't).
