slow and sluggish. Hips, quads, butt all tired from Monday strength workout. Moved from inside of lane 2 to outside of lane 4 over course of 800s. Right butt a little more sore than (recent) usual sitting at work. Right foot seems better, much better than a week ago. Intervals 6:42 pace overall.
