ok but legs were a bit tired feeling. kept pace nice and easy. about the same on foot/ankle during and right after run. skipped more stressful strength exercises like single leg squat (did two leg, partial squat) and reverse lunge. did eccentric foot exercise at end to stress it a little. feels ok at work although slight soreness.
