First run in days without the brace. Knee felt pretty good. Only did 5K but its a start.
Got passed by another runner on North Walker St., he was really booking it, he was out of sight in 1/4 mile
I always like a rabbit to chase but I didn't have a chance today. But he did get me to lower my elapsed time!
