Ran out tothe dighton town hall again tonight. Jean ran with me part way, she turned around at the old factory and headed back while I continued on to the town hall. Taped my calf but still had swelling and discomfort about seven miles out. Will ice it when I get back. felt good overall no problems except fpr the leg.
