5.5 mile loop we ran it once in each direction. One long climb ( 1 mile +/-) in each direction. Knee felt pretty good. A little discomfort around six miles but was able to keep going. First run in over a week, I think i"m on the mend now. I hope the new shoes make a difference, they were my favorites for a long time, at least the 991"s were. I'll know soon enough. Ice bath and stretches at the finish.
