Notes

RW says 8:17 pace. I warmed up a mile, then ran a 7.0 mph mile, 7.1 for a mile, then 7.2 for 2 miles, then 7.3 for 4 miles, then cooling down for last 0.5 miles with a couple strides thrown in. Felt good.

Oh, and I started Ibuprofen, 800 mg 3 times/day about 2 days ago (after seeing the PA at Dr Swan's office). Plan to keep that up for about 7-10 days.
