5k pace didn't feel all that tough today. 6 x 400m was about right, I think. One or two more would've turned this into a very difficult workout, and I'm still not fully recovered from Saturday's half. Thursday's upcoming intervals workout (5 x 1200m) should be a tough workout, and I should be ready for it.
