Intervals, 4 x 1 mile (Hansons schedule was 6 x 1 mi, but I want to taper more, so I'm scaling back on this weeks Interval and Tempo workouts from what the plan calls for). 6:29 avg pace for the 4 miles, and it did not feel difficult at all. Mild hip pain is still there. Please go away!
