Fartlek workout, included 10 total laps of a 0.2 mile track at ~5K pace, with 1 lap recovery jogs. In the middle of these, I did some slow hill bounding on the big, steep hill by the track, about 5 or 6 times up and down. Somewhat tough, but not an exhausting workout.
