First Long Training run since April! Only 15 miles, but and this may explain a few things. I really tried to keep the pace easy -- my intent was to run 1:30 minutes slower than goal marathon pace, but I consistently found myself running sub 8 minute miles. Avg pace for entire run was 8:02.
Happy with this effort -- probably as much as I could've done without digging too deep. Tomorrow, I may substitute a bike ride for my scheduled 5 mile Jog ...
