6 x 1 mile at 6:45 pace or better. 3 of the miles were under 6:40, with the last one being a 6:30. I probably overdid it, but I view it as a good sign that I could run these strong after running a Half Mara 3 days ago at avg pace of 6:43. And I don't feel totally wiped out by this effort, either. Hmmm, do I shoot for that sub-3 in October, or do I go out conservatively and hope for a very nice sub 3:05?
