9.8 miles, PCR Route. Pace was ~ 7:30-ish, Avg HR was 153 bpm, with a peak of 167! (My avg HR for the last 5 miles before the cooldown were 159, 160, 162, 158, and 161 bpm.) I ran too hard! I did not look at HRM until after the run. I felt great! I THOUGHT I was running at a comfortable pace at perhaps the high end of my aerobic range, but my HR numbers indicate I was pushing too hard. Note to self -- I still am unable to run by "feel." I need the HRM data to tell my stupid ass to slow the f@#! down!
