Yes!! This was tough, but I felt good afterwards. Frequent walk breaks to keep HR between 75-80, with a few excursions for hills. Also, a 1 mile sustained effort at 7:15 pace to see how it is going to feel in the 5k in 2 weeks. Tough, but not as bad as expected. Power was about 265 W during this mile, which may be a reasonable goal for the Hamel Freeze Yer Buns 5K.
