LMLS, 18.1 mile progression/FFLR, SAM Easy.
Dropped paces during first half (9 miles) to about 7:45, then picked it up for 8 miles, starting around 7:25 and speeding up from there. I did the last 2 miles (of the 8 “fast” miles) at 6:48 and 6:44 pace. Tough workout, but good prep for Afton in 2 weeks.
