Legs still sore from Afton Trail run, so this was difficult. First 2 repeats were tough, but able to do them at slightly faster than 6:00 pace. However, the 3rd repeat really hurt, and I slowed to about 6:24 pace. I recovered enough to run the 4th/last repeat at about 6:15 pace, and it didn't feel too bad. During the recovery jog after that, I felt totally wiped out, exhausted.
