Maybe not so bad. I was starting to feel like things were getting worse rather than improving. But my max HR today was quite a bit lower than my last run. Also, today’s run had a higher jog:walk ratio (although the overall pace is about the same). I was wondering if there was more improvement while I was at 2 pills (10 mg) per day for the first 2 weeks, and that maybe my progress had slowed or reversed after 3 weeks of 1 pill per day.
