Notes
Hill workout: Jogged over to Wayzata HS, did 3X "circuits" of:
-- spring uphill for about 0.4 miles
-- jog to recover at the top
-- stride down the hill, relaxed but with fast turnover
-- 3 x 150 m strides at the bottom (NOTE: These should only be ~100m, so next time, run for ~23 seconds)
REPEAT.
Tough enough, with the humidity especially. I probably ran the Strides too long and too hard. Next time it will be 5K pace for 23 seconds. I was probably getting close to Mile pace for 30 seconds today, which is probably a tad too much.
