RW plan: 12 X 100m/100m with :19 / :29 splits.
Actual: 12 x 25s/35s at 11.5/7.5 mph on TM @ 1.5% incline. (Distance was almost 2 miles, which is significantly more than the 1.5 miles I would have run had I done strictly 100 meter legs.) I kept the paces a tad bit slower than what the RW plan indicates (the 19/29 sec splits equate to 11.7 and 7.7 mph legs, so this was just a bit slower than that).
Tired, but not exhausted. I could've done one or two more at 11.5/7.5, but I'm worried about injuries. I think I will get the same benefit, but who knows ... The RW description makes it sound (from how I felt) like I probably didn't run it hard enough!
