LMLS, 11 mi Aerobic, 2 hill repeats at park at end of run, SAM Hard.
Still, paces are maybe a tad fast(?), but the effort level does not feel strained. I really believe it is a function of making my Easy/Recovery days super super easy (slow jogging, with frequent walk breaks mixed in). I'll have to keep an eye on this and see how I am feeling in a few weeks. Right now, it feels great.
Oh, today was the maiden voyage of the new Ultimate Direction hydration belt. Not sure if I like it yet. The flasks are a bit more difficult to load and unload, and the bite valve is different, but it might work out as I use it more and get used to it. Pros: It holds more fluid, and it doesn't bounce much, easy to adjust tightness while running. Cons: hard to floppy flask to go back into pouch -- maybe there is a trick to it?
