LMLS, 2 w/u, 4 MP, 1 HMP, 3 MP, 1 c/d, then SAM Hard.
First MP portion at 6:47 avg pace. HMP mile in 6:19, then last MP portion at 6:43 avg pace. I may have run slightly too hard, but felt good. MP after HMP felt like a pretty quick recovery. 2 hours post-run, I'm feeling it. Mostly trying to re-hydrate.
