After warming up, I started the video trail and selected 2% average incline, which varied from abt 1% to 4% incline over the trails. Was going along like this at 7.2 mph until about 7.5 miles or 8 miles, when my right hamstring (actually closer to the knee) started acting up. I slowed to abt 6 mph for awhile, but it continued. I exited the video mode and set incline to 0% and continued at 6 mph, slowly increasing speed back up to 7 mph. The weird issue went away. NOTE: It was acting up during the Polar Dash 3 days ago. It is not painful, but it feels like a precursor to something worse. I'll take it easy and put some BenGay on it perhaps.
Total of 19.5 miles today!! On a treadmill!! Almost 3 hours! Stupid Minnesota!
