2 mi w/u, 5 mi @ ~6:59 pace, 1.5 mi c/d. Took a while to feel comfortable at the faster pace.
7:10 pace for first 2 miles felt strained, the 7:03 and 6:50 felt comfortable, and the last mile in 6:42 was pushing it a bit.
