Intervals: 7 x 1 km (7 x 4 min, with 4 min recov)
My first one was the slowest (this is the right way to do these), and my last 3 were my fastest. Average pace for all of them 6:00 pace, which is a bit surprising. Last week, I averaged 6:14 pace, and my goal was to run them around 6:25 pace. So I'm pretty happy with today's workout. I ran VERY easily yesterday (more jog than fartlek), and today I ran at lunch time because I needed the extra sleep. Those factors may have helped me attain a faster pace than in last week's workout.
