Cooldown with Rob and Doug. 3 miles flies by when chatting. Good advice from Rob: Run the COL Half as a progression run: 3 mile warmup, then 1st 5 miles at 7:30, then 7:15 pace for next 5, then run a 5K race to the finish, followed by a nice long cooldown jog 3-4 miles for a total of 19-20.
