LMLS, 800/1200/1600/1200 at 9.9,9.8,9.7,9.8 mph.
I’m not sure I could’ve done them all at 10.0 mph. It would’ve been much tougher.
I did 2.75 miles easy after the last repeat. Solid workout, felt decent.
I did not do SAM; I probably need to do some mobility work later today.
