I felt good, but probably ran too fast. It seems like I was able to keep up an 8:00 mil/mi pace with HR steady at 135 for the first 6 or 7 miles. The effects of yesterday's 10-mile Tempo run did not kick in until about mile 7 or 8 today. After that, my hamstrings felt very tight. However, even when it felt like I was taking it easy, the pace stayed fairly quick (NOTE the last 2 miles were at 8:00 and felt easy, although HR says otherwise).
Another aspect of this weekend to note: 26.7 miles for the weekend -- not sure if I'll exceed those numbers the rest of the plan...
