Medicine Lake loop. LMLS, 18.3 mile Long Run, with 4 miles at end at faster paces (7:04, 7:10, 6:54, 6:40); SAM Hard on the concrete at the lake. The 4 miles was tough, but good training for concentrating in the late stages of the marathon. Feeling pretty good in the late afternoon.
