2 mile warmup, 10 miles PCR at avg pace just under 6:59, 2 mile cooldown. Plan pace was 7:11 for PCR.

Hilly route, tougher on return trip. Good workout. Good finish to the Intervals/Anaerobic Phase of this plan. Coordination/Integration Phase starts tomorrow ... with a nice easy long jog.
