LMLS, 10.3 mi total of Intervals (6 x 1200m, SAM Hard
I ran 6 sets of 5 min @ 9.3 mph (6:27 pace), with 3 min @ 6.0 mph recoveries. Same as last week, except speed last week was 9.2 mph. GPS only measures 0.7 miles, but I'm certain that I'm going more than 0.75 miles (i.e., 1200m). [NOTE: Yes, at 9.3 mph, it should take 4:50 to run 1200m, so I'm doing 10 seconds beyond that.]
Felt good, tougher than last week but not super tough. Next week at 9.4 mph should be a good workout.
