I was going to do this: Vary from RW: Easy day to rest up for Securian Half on Saturday.

RW Plan: 14.0 mi (11.0 - 16.4), 1:53:00 (1:36:00 - 2:05:00), 8:00 /mi (8:43 - 7:34)

But, chose to keep plugging away with the Lk Wobegon Marathon in May as the goal. 12 miles at solid Aerobic pace.
