Solid. Better than expected run with respect to injuries -- hip didn't bother me much, piriformis was noticeable but manageable. I did a modified "ski poling" stride that worked my triceps during much of the run. I hope that translates to actual skiing endurance. Not enough snow to ski, but this was a good workout nonetheless.
