Wow. Not sure about this one. Wore the Hoka Cliftons for a 20-miler today after only wearing them once before (on treadmill). Pace was faster than planned throughout this run, and I definitely overdid it. I was able to do a decent SAM Hard routine after the run, but sweat was raining off me! I showered, but then felt very sick, like I might even throw up. I was very dehydrated (weight was 140.5 after workout), but I didn't feel like putting anything in me, not even water. I finally feel ok now, 3 hours post-run. It was warm today; that may have contributed. Also, I drank from 2 small bottles of Perpetuem in the 1st 10 miles, and 2 small bottles of Tailwind on return trip. I'm thinking this wasn't smart. Better to find out now than on race day. Perpetuem in all 4 bottles on Oct 1.
