16 miles plus a 0.7 mile jog/walk cooldown. After mile 5, I was under 8:00 per mile, and the last 5 were:
7:43, 7:47, 7:34, 7:31, 7:23. It did not feel like I was pushing the pace at all ... well maybe just a bit for the 7:23.
When I started, I was really feeling sluggish, and still a bit sore from an Intervals workout 2 days ago. My goal was to run easy and quit early if I wasn't feeling up to it. Strange how things turn out sometimes.
