2 x 10 min on Elliptical, set at level 16 -- HR on machine got up to 132 in first set, up to 137 on second set.

Also did quite a few sit-ups, push-ups, lat pull-downs, squats, pull-ups, XC poling, knee extensions, leg curls.

Very dizzy afterwards ... in a "good workout" kinda way.
