LSLM, 21 mi at 7:35 avg pace, SAM Hard
Took a gel (Clif) w/ caffeine (50mg) and an Endurolyte capsule before run. Had a springy step. Wednesday I did a 9 mi alternations workout, then 2 easy days before today’s 21. Solid, felt good today, not spent afterwards. Plan is to have 2 easy days, another alternations of 10 mi on Tues, then thinking about a VO2 workout on Thursday (6 x 800m). Next Saturday will be a 16 miler, two weeks before marathon.
The second 10 miles were at avg pace under 7:20.
