I did a Fast sprint at 2.00 mi, Faster at 2.25 miles, and Fastest at 2.50 miles, then rested until 3.25 miles where the process repeated.
Surprised that my avg pace was 8:09. It felt like a Jog other than the sprints. Garmin showed my peak instantaneous pace was 3:59!!!! That was pretty cool to see.
