Notes

First run post-marathon. I took it REALLY easy. I mean, 4-6 mph on treadmill for ~1 mile, then a single circuit of weights (situps, burpee-pullups, knee extensions, shoulder press, leg curls, bicep curls, squats, bosu pushups), followed by 2 miles jogging slowly. This completely wiped me out!! Very tired afterwards, but it felt good, too.
