Intervals, 6 x 800m, in Henderson, NY (to Wehle Park). Total of 8.7 miles. All 6 repeats were under 3:00, and my times actually improved with each (almost): 2:58, 2:57, 2:55, 2:51, 2:53, and 2:50. Beautiful morning with great views of Lake Ontario.
