Easy "tired legs" run. 9.4 miles at ~8:07 pace. LMLS before, SAM Easy after.
Warm and humid. Horse flies are out. I sweat a lot, maybe causing me to see things when I got done. (I thought I saw water soaking up through the concrete floor in the utility room.) My weight was down to 143.5 after the SAM work.
