NOTE: This workout never uploaded via Garmin Connect. Weird, because the next "workout," which occurred 3 minutes later, DID get uploaded. Very strange. I was able to manually enter the data above from my Garmin Connect app on my phone. No graphs unfortunately. HR plot was pretty even, though. Avg HR was 128, although if you don't count the warm-up mile, avg HR after that is about 132 bpm. Right where it should be.

(This was the first part of my run; my second part, 3.2 miles, follows this, and it includes 6 hill sprints.)

Paces are coming down (speeding up, that is), so there is progress. Seeing a pace under 9:00 is a huge deal at this point.
