O&B, 13.1 mi total: 2 w/u, 10 @ 150 bpm target, 1.1 c/d
Avg pace for 10 mi about 7:11, Avg HR 151.3 bpm --> 7.2 x 151.3 = 1089 bpMi, which is not my best, but not bad given that I felt tired from the time I woke up this morning. A good workout nonetheless.
I DID run a very strong O&B of 8.5 miles at 151 bpm on Tuesday this week (3 days ago), and it may have taken a lot out of me, leading to a less-than-spectacular result today. No worries, though.
